Rebel Sun

For a thousand years, the Empire has ruled your beloved homeworld. A parade of faraway nobles have claimed your sunlight, your fields, and your families by divine mandate, and used battleships to prove their divinity. Their cruelty is all you and yours have ever known. 

No longer. 

Word has reached your world of the Emperor’s murder and the civil war spreading throughout the Empire. With it came the fire of rebellion. Armed with a handful of starfighters, you must now stand against the Empire’s overwhelming reprisal. To you, it will be the greatest battle the universe has ever known. To them, you’re just another rebel sun.

Rebel Sun is a one-page RPG about starfighter pilots defending their homeworld from an invading empire. It's optimized for one-shot play, and features:

- Simple, easy-to-learn rules;

- Modular starfighter building with D6 tables;

- A simple but deep tactical combat system;

- Creative commons licensing for hacks.

The only materials you need to play this game are your friends, some six-sided dice and scratch paper, and your imaginations.

Note: if you plan on printing the game, use the Black & White version rather than the regular version; you'll save on color ink.
